Fintec Global Berhad has appointed Aung Siew Min as an independent, non-executive director. She is 57 years old and her nationality is Malaysia. The change date is March 31, 2023.

Qualifications: Professional Qualification in Accountancy from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK and Professional Qualification in Accountancy from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Work Experience and Profession: Ms. Aung Siew Min (Ms. Ong) is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Ms. Ong brings over 25 years of extensive experience in audit, tax and advisory services to large corporations and in the entertainment world for film, television, commercial and theatrical productions. She has valuable experience in activities such as mergers and acquisitions, custody and due diligence, evaluating new business opportunities and corporate restructuring while serving in the professional field. While serving as Chief Financial Officer of Vision Entertainment Group, she contributed significantly to the group’s overall performance in achieving its goals and objectives, particularly in its continued expansion and listing efforts.

Works with all levels of the Group management team to achieve common goals while maintaining responsibilities and obligations to shareholders and business partners in Malaysia and across the Asian region. She is currently working as a consultant on a freelance basis.
