Anouk and Tino Martin make a single together: “That Should Be Amazing” | RTL Street
Anouk (48) and Tino Martin (40) have collaborated on a new song. The song is titled “Before You Know It,” the singer shares on the “Noah’s Ark Label” podcast.
“Before I knew it, that song was out of my nose, so I had to change that.”
“He sent me a song and I thought: ‘This is a really good song,’” Anouk says. “Actually, I don't want to do a Dutch song anymore, but if it's a good song…”
The singer also thought it was a special collaboration between two discredited artists. Anouk after a message in which she said that people who “cut their piss” are not automatically women and Tino Martin because he appeared drunk on stage several times. “I also thought it was a nice combination: kind of a transphobic bastard (a radical feminist who doesn't see trans women as real women, ed.) with a dangerous alcoholic,” she says, laughing. “The spraying should start.”
Anouk made some adjustments to the script after Tino sent it. “The lyrics to 'Before You Know It' were in almost every sentence. And before I knew it, that song was out of my nose, so I had to change that. Of course I had to get it out of my mouth.”
The singer has not yet revealed the song's release date. “We'll see.”
