Adf plc Facilities Announces Management Changes – 20 November 2023 at 8:00am

ADF Facilities plc announces the appointment of Joe Goodson as a Non-Executive Independent Director (“NED”) of the Company with immediate effect. Joe is a technology entrepreneur and board member with over 25 years of experience leading and advising fast-growing companies in the public and private sectors. Joe has held various leadership positions in the entertainment and technology industries, and co-founded MediaGold UK Ltd. Before it was sold to Avenquest in 2003, where she later became Managing Director and was also a former Vice President of Broderbund Software Inc. It has also invested in a number of technology companies, including Tonic Games Group, an Epic Games subsidiary since 2021, where it was an early-stage investor.

Until recently, Jo was Managing Partner at Hampleton Ltd, a technology M&A and corporate finance firm, where she was responsible for operations in the UK, Germany and Scandinavia since 2013, and where she remains a consultant. Joe currently sits on the board of AIM-listed Devolver Digital, a video game publisher. Joe Goodson will replace Group Chairman John Richards as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

In addition to her appointment to the Facilities Board by ADF, Joan Goodson (59) is currently or has previously been a director of the following companies during the five years prior to the date of this announcement: Current: Hampleton Limited and Devolver Digital Company Previous: Six To Start Limited and Hampleton GmbH.
