Four players from ZV de Zaan to Los Angeles

The four selected Zaanse players are: Kitty Lynn Joustra, Maxine Schaap and the sisters Lieke and Bente Rogge. Goalkeeper Brett van den Dubelstein is no longer around this time.
Orange youth
The Dutch Juniors U20 finished 10th during the World Youth Championships in Bucharest. They narrowly lost 9-10 to Italy in a decisive quarter-final match. They then won 7-2 against Australia, but after losing the water polo series against Japan (normal final score 10-10), the team finished in 10th place.
