Azerion is interested in the youth platform Just Another Media Company

Amsterdam, 24 October 2023 – Listed digital advertising and entertainment media platform Azerion has acquired a minority stake in youth-oriented media house Just Another Media Company (JAMC) from Amsterdam. JAMC owns several online titles such as RUMAG, ParraTV, SoWhat! The Nieuwskamer and Darum. Additionally, it produces and operates under license ComplexNL, the largest global platform targeting millennials and Gen Z from the United States, which provides news on pop and street culture, street fashion and style, music, sneakers, and sports. As a sales agent, it also sells branded content offerings to various other platforms.

The partnership with Azerion already exists in the ad sales space. Therefore, participation is considered strategic. Marcel Chouet, Country Director for Benelux at Azerion, also sees great opportunities through JAMC’s branded content offerings.
