Olympic Games Paris 2024: Tickets for USA, Canada and Mexico
The United States punched its ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympics by winning the gold medal yesterday at the Pan American Games in Santiago. Canada and Mexico also qualified for the Games.
By earning an Olympic starting ticket, America’s main goal in these Pan American Games was achieved. However, according to Ryder McClain Ward, there is still some work to be done. “I thought the team did well today. But the fact that it took so long to qualify should point out that we have to ‘put in the work’. We have some work to do to get ready for Paris, where we will compete with the best in the world,” he asserted with some optimism.
Canada
Canada won the silver medal and qualified for the Olympics. Canadian team coach Ian Miller was happy with his team’s performance. Mexico
Unfortunately the Mexicans missed out on the podium yesterday, but they weren’t too sad. They have also secured a qualification spot for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
