The former CEO decided to sue his former boss for discrimination. After a week-long trial, the judges ruled in his favor. Novant Health owes him $ 10 million.

A spokesman said Novant Health was disappointed with the decision of the arbitral tribunal. “We will consider the next possible legal action, including an appeal.”
