PEC Zwolle strengthened itself with Eef Kerkhof. The Dutch midfielder arrived from the American University of Memphis and signed for one season.

The 21-year-old Kerkhof Zhang had a stint at PSV and later played two seasons for SC Heerenwein. The attacking midfielder then moved to the University of Memphis where he combined playing football with his studies. Kerkhof now returns to the Azeri Women’s Eredivisie.
