Young Readers Design Donald Duck’s New Neighbor

The editors of Happy Weekly launched a Duck-looking-neighbor campaign to celebrate Donald Duck’s 90th anniversary as a cartoon character this year. “This is the first time we’ve asked readers to design a new cartoon character,” says Donald Duck editor-in-chief Ferdi Felderhoff. “Our goal is to make Duckstad more diverse.
