Andre van Duyn, Helen Hendricks and Raven van Dorst have been nominated for Televizier-Ring presenter this year. This was announced on Wednesday evening.
Andre van Duyne has a chance to win the prize with his presentation of The whole Netherlands bakes in Think of the Netherlands. In the Youth news The nominees for the Televizier-Ring Youth Award, the most popular youth program award of the year, were announced Tuesday evening. Programs H3L (Video Land), Steven and Jimmy Kazan – Road to Vegas (Afrotros) and For mass (AvroTros) have a chance.

It was announced Tuesday evening that actors Kim Van Kooten, Robert de Hoog and Bertrey Wieringa have been nominated for TV Episode Actor of the Year. Van Kooten for her role in the NPO series Day and night. De Hoog has a chance to win the statuette for his roles in the Videoland series Mokro mafia in The sleepers. Wierenga is in the running for her role as Shanti Venining on the long-running RTL series Good times bad times.
Earlier on Tuesday it was also clear that the battle for Televizier-Ring Talent this year would be between Jurre Geluk, Monica Geuze and Noa Vahle, Linda de Mol’s daughter. Through her vlog, Geuze is also competing for the second Televizier Ring for online series. Her vlog has to compete with Show FOMO From NPO3 and the YouTube series Police 24/7.
This year’s Golden Televizier Ring ceremony is presented by Jan Smit and Peter Pannekoek. For Pannekoek, this is the first time he has been able to discuss how the most important awards for Dutch television are presented. Smit has taken an interest in presentation before, and in recent years he has done so with Rick van de Westelaken.
The Golden Televizier-Ring Gala takes place on October 12 at the Royal Carré Theater in Amsterdam.
