The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom breaks all records

Is this unexpected? Did we not see this coming? Worth noting though. In the first three days, the game has already sold 10 million copies. It is the fastest selling Zelda game in the series.

Exact numbers are not yet known everywhere, but we do know that the game has already sold over four million copies in the US. 2.24 million copies in Japan, about half a million Body Copies in France, etc. With these numbers and the speed at which the game is selling, it’s already the fastest-selling Switch and Nintendo game in the US and Europe.

We already had news that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is already number 8 among the best-selling Zelda games in the UK in its first two days. And they are just physical copies. Additionally, it was the biggest game release of the year in the UK, surpassing previous title holder Hogwarts Legacy.
