Redsun Services Group Limited announces changes in the Board of Directors

Redsun Services Group Limited announces that Ms. Yim Lai Kiu has resigned as Joint Company Secretary and is no longer acting as an authorized representative of the Company (The Board of Directors also announces that Ms. Yung Mei Yee has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, authorized representative and litigation agent with effect from August 24, 2023. After The above changes, Mr. Li Yonggang will continue to serve as another joint secretary of the company, and Mr. Li Yonggang will be appointed as general secretary on March 25, 2021.

Mr. Lee, 46, has been the Head of Listing Office of Hong Yang Group Company Limited, the controlling shareholder of the company, since September 2016. He is primarily responsible for the group’s securities and compliance matters. Mr. Lee has over 10 years of experience in corporate governance and corporate secretariat.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at Anhui BBCA Biochemical Co., Ltd. From 2000 to 2008. Ltd. Ltd. (now COFCO Biochemical (Anhui) Co. Ltd., SZ000930) and Anhui Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Ltd., and served as CFO of BBCA France SAS and BBCA Belgium NV, and Vice President of Finance and Investment Development of Anhui Fengyuan Group Co, Limited. From 2008 to 2011, he served as secretary of the board of directors and chief financial officer of Anhui Tiger Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Ltd. From 2011 to 2016, he held the position of Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Taifo Industrial Corporation.

Ltd. Since April 2019, he has been appointed as Joint Secretary of Redsun Properties Group Limited (Stock Code: 1996.HK). Mr. Li obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from Henan University of Technology in June 2000, a master’s degree in management from Anhui University of Finance and Economics in June 2013, and a law degree from Nanjing University in July 2020. In May 2009, he passed the qualification of a mid-level accountant From the Human Resources Department of Anhui Province, and in November 2014, he obtained a mid-level economic qualification from the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province.

With his extensive practical experience, Mr. Li is familiar with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, company secretariat, and company compliance issues. Ms. Young Mi Yi is the Vice President of SWCS Corporate Services Group (HK) Limited. Ms. Young has over 20 years of experience dealing with secretarial, corporate governance and compliance matters for publicly traded companies.

Ms. Young has held various senior corporate secretarial positions and has served as corporate secretary or associate corporate secretary for a number of listed companies. She is currently the secretary of a number of listed companies. It is a member of the Chartered Institute of Governance of Hong Kong and the Chartered Institute of Governance of the United Kingdom.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Arts degree in Language and Law from the City University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London.
