Monica Geuze has stopped vlogging after more than eight years, said the 27-year-old influencer in her latest video on her YouTube channel. She was one of the first daily bloggers in the Netherlands who succeeded in attracting hundreds of thousands of viewers and became widely known for it.
Geuze stopped working as a vlogger because it was no longer possible to “keep all the balls in the air” and she finds it difficult to continue to share everything from her private life, as she says. She also says in her latest video that she and her boyfriend broke up, which is often seen on vlogs. Geuze says she is “so grateful” to her followers for all they have done for her.
In 2014, Geuze started a daily vlog, taking viewers into her daily life. After a few years, I decided to turn it into a weekly vlog.
Her fans saw how her relationship with soccer player Lars Veldwick ended and she became the mother of her daughter Zara Lizzy. Geuze has also been open about her, among other things cosmetic proceduresvisit a psychiatrist and co-parent with her ex.
Geuze continues to make videos
Over the years, the vlogger became widely known to the public as she began presenting TV shows, publishing books, and collaborating with well-known brands. Prior to her vlogging career, she was already known as the DJ of rapper Ronnie Flex.
Geuze has more than half a million subscribers to her YouTube channel, making it one of the most popular channels in the Netherlands.
