Intel introduces the modular laptop NUC P14E. This notebook supports, among other things, Compute Element interchangeable cards with CPU and memory. The NUC P14E also has a 3:2 display and a 77Whr battery.

Intel supplies these cards with different processors, from the dual-core Intel Celeron 6305 to the Intel Core i7-1185G7. Users can also choose the Lpddr4x-4266 memory from 4GB to 16GB.
Compute Elements cards also offer Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6. Intel product information indicates that the NUC P14E laptop is also compatible with future Compute Element generations. The laptop has an M.2 slot, but Intel itself does not provide an SSD.
Intel continues to allow access Downloadable PDF Know that the laptop will be equipped with a 13.9-inch screen with a resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels and a maximum brightness of 400cd/m². The IPS screen is touch-sensitive and can display the full sRGB color space, according to Intel.
The company also supplies the laptop with a Thunderbolt 4 type C port and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 type A ports. The NUC P14E also features an HDMI 2.0b port, DisplayPort 1.4, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet connector. The device also has an infrared camera for Windows Hello and a fingerprint scanner.
The NUC P14E measures 303.6 x 229.4 x 16.55mm and weighs 1.5kg. The 77Wh battery is charged via USB-C with a 65W charger. Intel is targeting the laptop for commercial use, and the company reports a PDF of product information. The company does not reveal suggested retail prices nor is it clear if and when the device will be released in Benelux.
