AMD to begin single sales of Ryzen 5000G APUs with Vega GPU later this year – pc – news

AMD announced the Ryzen 5000G line of APUs with a Vega GPU. It will only initially appear in OEM systems, but will also be available separately to consumers later this year.

AMD leaves the Ryzen 5000G Series From APUs, codenamed Cezanne, by TSMC at 7 nm. This is a chipset with up to Zen 3 cores and Vega 8 GPUs with support for 24 PCIe 3.0 slots and DDR4-3200 memory. This means APUs should run better than the previous 4000G APUs, or the Renoir generation, which was based on the Zen 2.
