HP Envy x360 15 with AMD-apu will start from 900 € and arrive in April – pc – news

HP has announced new versions of the Envy x360 15 and the new Envy 17. The price for the Envy x360 with an AMD Ryzen processor starts at 900 euros, and the price of the Intel variant is 100 euros higher.

The Envy x360 15 is a 2-in-1 with 15.6-inch touchscreen with IPS panel and a maximum screen brightness of 250cd / sq.m. The standard is a 1080p screen, but HP also offers models with a 4K screen. The company offers AMD variants with Ryzen 5 5500U with 256GB SSD or Ryzen 7 5700U with 512GB SSD.

Intel Envy x360 models will be available with Core i5-1135G7 and Core i7-1165G7, with or without GeForce MX450. The difference with the other models is that the Core i7-Envy has 12 instead of 8 GB of RAM, and it also has 32 GB of Optane memory. Moreover, HP provides Intel models with a Thunderbolt 4 port, compared to USB-C for AMD models. The difference from the previous generation is that HP has made the trackpad nineteen percent larger. Weight is 1.8 kg. HP will launch its convertible notebooks in the Netherlands and Belgium in April. AMD version starts from 900 €, Intel version 1000 €.

In the same month, the Envy 17 will be launched. This laptop has a 17.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1080p or 4K. HP will equip the model with Intel Tiger Lake-generation processors, with the GeForce MX450 as an optional GPU. HP has also increased the trackpad by nineteen percent, weighs 2.5 kg, and comes with 12 GB DDR4 and 512 GB PCIe SSD along with 32 GB of Optane H10 memory, starting at 1,100 euros.
