Games to look forward to in Week 11

Some tasty treats for NFL fans in Week 11. The closer we get to the race to the playoffs, the harder teams battle and the more likely it is that previously “ordinary” games will feature major playoff implications.

1. Bills @ Dolphins – Both these (5-4) teams lost last week, making this AFC East clash all the more important. The Pats seem to be seizing control of the division but the winner of this one will remain in the thick of a tight Wild Card race.

Thursday Night Football, here we come.

2. Patriots @ Colts – Sunday Night Football could very well be a preview of this year’s AFC Championship – or at the very least a playoff meeting.

When I left you I was but a learner. Now I am the Master.”

3. Eagles @ Packers – Will Philly ride the Sanchez train to victory two weeks in a row?

Both of these sides absolutely dominated their opponent last week, but only one team can win this Sunday in Lambeau.

Green Bay and Philadelphia are both tangled in tight divisional races (Packers trailing the Lions by one game and the Eagles up half a game on the Cowboys) so expect an all-out brawl between these two playoff contenders.

4. Lions @ Cardinals – Detroit (7-2) has won four in a row but needs to keep winning with Green Bay on their heels. The Cards flaunt the NFL’s best record but they just lost QB Carson Palmer for the season.

Both of these teams would love to be playing again at University of Phoenix Stadium in February.

Honorable Mention:

Seattle take their three-game win streak on the road to Arrowhead, but the Chiefs are riding a four-game streak of their own.
