This is how you remove the five most common stains

We share some tricks to get your clothes clean again the right way. After all, it would be a shame if you could no longer wear your favorite shirt because it had a stain on it.

Remove chocolate stains

If you have a stain, it is important to start cleaning right away. Don’t give the stain time to absorb into the clothes. Sometimes the stain cannot be completely removed. This may be due to how the stain originated or to the cleaning agent you are using.

  1. Mix one teaspoon of liquid laundry detergent (pH neutral, not bleach) with a cup of lukewarm water. Gently rub the stain to clean it.
  2. Next, mix one and a half tablespoons of household ammonia with half a cup of lukewarm water and gently scrub the stain.
  3. Repeat step 1.
  4. Thoroughly clean the stain with a sponge in clean water.

You should never rub a lipstick stain. This ensures that the stain penetrates deeper into the clothing. The lipstick stain should be removed as quickly as possible using gasoline.

  1. Use a cotton ball to dab the stain with gasoline.
  2. Use a fresh piece of cotton wool each time you dab the stain with gasoline. Do this until the color pigment runs out on the cotton wool.
  3. Throw the garment in the sink.

There are several ways to remove red wine stains. Use one of these methods, then put the garment in the washing machine.

  1. Sprinkle salt over the area immediately to absorb the liquid.
  2. Use sparkling water to clean the stain.
  3. Use white wine or gin to clean the stain.

It can happen that you get a grease slick while cooking. Fortunately, they are easy to get rid of.

  1. Place a clean cloth under the garment and the stain.
  2. Use turpentine or gasoline and clean the grease stain with it.
  3. Then rinse the garment with warm water and a neutral detergent.

Tomato stains are stubborn and difficult to remove. Fortunately, this is not impossible!

  1. Wet the stain with some water and then sprinkle some lemon juice on it.
  2. Let the lemon juice soak into the stain for a few minutes, then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  3. Put the garment into the washing machine as usual.
