- Obtain Pokemon on 7 different days – 2500 EXP
- Win a heart with your friend on 7 different days – 2500 Stardust
- Visit PokéStops on 7 different days – 2500XP
- Rewards: 2000 EXP, 500 Stardust, Puffin
