TEC team selects goalkeeper Swaneveld in America | Regional Sports
TIEL – Mathijs Swanfeld will be under the bar at TEC from next season. Second division player Till captures the 22-year-old goalkeeper in the United States.
Swaneveld is now a goalkeeper for the Virginia Tech College team. De Schönhovenar played at the Sparta Rotterdam Youth Academy for six years. He then played for the Godan Boys in the main division. In January 2018, he moved to America, where he combined his studies in economics and football.
Swaneveld now returns to Dutch territory and joins TEC.
On Saturday, Telle Club will open its pre-season preparations with a training match at Dufaux Stadium. Coach Hans van de Haar’s team kicks off at 10:30 a.m. at the Third Division Club Veenendaal complex. The (limited) audience is welcome in the training game.
