Sports cars: Gebhardt Motorsport signs American Courtney Krohn for the 2023 Germany Prototype Cup
Gebhardt Motorsport signed American Courtney Crone for the ADAC Prototype Cup Germany. At the beginning of April, the American will make her series debut for the team and will go into the series with the Ginetta G61-LT.

Team Gebhardt supports talented young talents to give them a chance in motorsport and to develop themselves further. In recent years, Fritz Gebhardt has supported several upcoming talents with former Group C driver Frank Jelinski. Examples include Abdul Rahman Al Thani in the Porsche Middle East Cup, Jakob Erlbacher in the VLN, but also some other talents in the ADAC PrototypeCup Germany.
American Courtney Krohn won the prestigious Driver Development Award last year. It was the start of the North American racing season and he was immediately on the podium in the IMSA VP Racing Sportscar Challenge. She is convinced she can continue these results in Europe.

Between 1988 and 1991 the Momo Gebhardt Racing team with its Porsche 962 C was a regular part of the American IMSA GTP Championship. In 1989, the team won the Kodak Cup for most miles in the series. There was no one who dropped out that year.
Fritz Gebhardt: “We are glad to have her in the team. The previous season is over and the new season is coming for the Gebhardt Motorsport LMP3 Team.” To further develop the family business, Gebhardt’s team has been absent from the sport for over 20 years. “The pause in modern motorsport has shown us that we still have a lot to learn now, but the last race in Hockenheim 2022 showed us that we are on the right track. Let’s wait and see what happens this season.”
