Romanian tennis star Rosa wins Hamburg championship ببطولة

3:21 pm: Elena Gabriela Ruse won the Hamburg Tennis Championships. The Romanian, ranked 154th in the world, defeated Germany’s Andrea Petkovic in the clay court final 7-6 (6), 6-4.

For the 23-year-old Ross, who came from the playoffs, this is her first WTA Tour title. Petkovic has maintained six total wins. The last time she won a championship was in Antwerp in 2015.

The Hamburg championship is back on the calendar for the first time since 2002. Then the Belgian Kim Clijsters won.

Lemoine wins his third consecutive tennis tournament in Amstelveen

2:46 pm: Tennis star Quirine Lemoine has won the ITF Championship for the third time in a row. The 29-year-old beat German qualifying Jana Morderger in the final in Amstelveen on Sunday 7-5, 6-4.

Lemoine, the 537th in the world, has also won smaller ITF tournaments in Alkmaar and The Hague in recent weeks.

The tournament was held in Amstelveen at the KNLTB National Tennis Center for the first time and was donated $60,000.

Colombian cycling champion Cala tested positive for doping

12.05 pm: Aristobulo Cala has been temporarily suspended by the UCI. The Colombian cyclist recently tested positive for anabolic steroids. Cala, 31, won the road title at the Colombian championship last month.

Calla tested positive in an out-of-game screening on April 14. In the next round of Colombia, which began two days later, he finished third.

This is not the first time that calla doping has been banned. In 2014 he missed doping control and then was banned from cycling for two years.

Frijns is back in the lead in the Formula E Championship.

9.41 am: Robin Frijns has regained the lead in Formula E, the world championship in electric racing cars. The Limburg driver finished fifth in the first round of the e-Prix in New York, and took 10 points in the World Cup. In doing so, he ended up in center after ten races with 72 points, the same as Swiss Eduardo Mortara, who scored no points in the US capital on Saturday.

German Max Gunther won the first race of the weekend in New York. Nick de Vries finished thirteenth. The second New York E-Prix takes place on Sunday.
