Duncan Jones, son of David Bowie, who died in 2016, is outraged that his father’s music has been used by presidential candidate Donald Trump. He announced last week that he would run for president again and use it Championsa hit boy from the 70s.
“We’ve been through this before,” Jones wrote in response to questions from Twitter users. He also used the track six years ago. I’m told there’s little we can do about it. In another response, Jones said he thinks Trump brought heroes back to bully him.
During Trump’s campaigns in recent years, he has used more of the music of artists they weren’t happy with. John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival believes it is inappropriate for Trump to use his number son’s fortune used. R.E.M., The White Stripes, and Phil Collins also didn’t want Trump to use their music.
