R. Kelly must transfer money from prison account | show

American singer R Kelly must donate to the judge $28,000 (28,000 euros) from his prison bank account. This money will be used for fines of up to $140,000 (over €139,000) he still owes and for potential damages he will have to pay his victims.

The judge imposed the fines after the singer was sentenced in June to 30 years in prison for sexual assault of minors.

R. Kelly does not want to give away money from his prison account, which can be used to buy prison snacks and toiletries. The judge gave the prison administration ten days to transfer the money to court.
