OC&C Strategic Advisors has appointed two new partners to its leadership team in the Netherlands: Bob Chermin and Oleg Chernisky.
Both partners have been working for OC&C Strategy Consultants for about ten years. Sermin joined in 2014, while Tchernizki joined the company two years ago.
“We are delighted that both Bob and Oleg, who started with us as Associate Consultants, want to continue their careers with us. We look forward to their further professional development and are delighted to work with them to further develop OC&C Strategy Consultants. This means our clients can continue to rely on tailor-made strategic advice,” says OC&C’s Global Managing Partner Will Hayler.
Part of the Consumer Products and Retail Group, Cermin has extensive experience in the home accessories sector. “He is an outstanding leader who has built strong client relationships over many years and was instrumental in re-integrating the Rotterdam office,” said Heyler.
Tschernizki is active in the technology practice of OC&C Strategy Consultants. According to Heyler, he was instrumental in re-integrating the Rotterdam office (of EY-Parthenon) and building strong client relationships, as did Chermin. “Oleg’s ability to be agile and unlock value around various complex business models makes him indispensable to our clients and the organization.”
OC&C Strategy Consultants has been operating in the Netherlands for over twenty years. From 2021, it is part of OC&C’s fully integrated model. The local Dutch office has approximately 50 consultants and staff.
Globally, OC&C Strategy Consultants has over 500 professionals, spread across 14 offices in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Oceania.
