Mark is allergic to cats. For this task, candidates chose a model based on the owners, and only then could they hear what type of pet they had. Coincidentally, Mark’s model has a cat. “If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s cats and kittens,” Mark says. “Then my fingers get so thick I can’t even press a button anymore.”

Shortly after Mark starts photographing the model and her cat, things go wrong. “I was starting to get sensitive,” he says. The presenter gets red bumps above his eyes. Mark usually takes allergy pills. “I forgot that in Amsterdam. I also didn’t think I’d take a picture with a cat in Thailand.” However, Mark makes the best of it and tries to make his model and her animal feel comfortable. “From now on, it’s just a dog shooting at me,” he concludes.

Mark ultimately received a score of 6.5 “excellent” for his cat photo. The best photo is by Danny De Monk, who captures a mouse almost perfectly. The winner of the first week is April Darby. The one that finishes at the bottom is the Leafs. However, he does not have to go home and can try to do better in the second week.
