The Board of Directors of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. Announced that at the board meeting on July 11, 2023, the board of directors decided to appoint Mr. Wen Jinxiang as chief risk officer of the company, appoint Mr. Yuan Caiping as assistant to the chairman of the company, and appoint Mr. Wang Yongjie as secretary to the board of directors and secretary of the joint venture, the details of which are as follows : Mr. Wen Jinxiang, 58 years old, is a senior economist and is currently the assistant chairman of the board of directors of the company. In August 1985, he worked in Jiangsu College of Commerce. In February 1993, he joined the Suzhou Branch of CITIC Industrial Bank and continued his work as Capital Management and Deputy Director of Credit Review Department.

He served as deputy chairman of Suzhou Branch in February 2000, party committee member and deputy chairman of Suzhou Branch in January 2005, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice chairman of Dalian Branch in May 2005, and general manager of the Corporate Banking Department. From China CITIC Bank in March 2007, while managing director of Small Enterprise Financial Center from June 2009 to May 2010; Secretary of the Party Committee of the Suzhou Branch of China’s CITIC Bank in May 2013; Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Suzhou Branch in August 2013. Since January 2019, Mr. Wen has successively served as the general manager of the Shanghai Audit Center of the Audit Department of China CITIC Bank (initial-class general management level), the general manager of the strategic account department and the general manager of the department credit approval, and concurrently serves as General Manager of the Legal Security Department from November 2021 to January 2022. His term of office will begin on the date the relevant qualifications are approved by the National Administration of Financial Regulations amending the appointment or dismissal by the Board.
