One of Yi’s other attorneys will take over the case for the time being, although this attorney isn’t a specialist in divorce cases. The 44-year-old rapper is looking for a suitable lawyer.
Spector and her team had previously encountered Dr. Dre is in the process of his divorce. Yi hired her in March, after his former advisor Chris Melcher fired himself. It was hard to reach, causing poor communication.
Ye and Kardashian announced their divorce in January 2021. The two married in Italy in 2014 and have four children together: North (8), Saint (6), Chicago (4) and Psalm (3).
At the beginning of March this year, the divorce between the two was finalized. A procedure is now underway regarding the division of funds and custody of the children.
