5vs5-moba Pokémon Unite will be released for smartphones on September 22nd. The Pokémon Company reported this on Wednesday, during a presentation about upcoming games in the franchise. The game will be released for Android and iOS and is already available for the Nintendo Switch.
Company Reports During a Pokémon Presents presentation, Unite will also get two new playable Pokémon, Sylveon and Mamoswine. These two characters will be added to the game in future updates. Smartphone users can pre-register for Pokémon Unite at Apple App Store in a Google Play Store, so that the game is automatically installed on users’ devices when it is released. Users who pre-register also have the chance to win special in-game items.
New Features for Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
In addition to the Pokémon Unite smartphone release date, The Pokémon Company is also showing off new trailers for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, which will be coming out on November 19 for the Nintendo Switch. It is a remake of the original Diamond and Pearl games, which were released for the Nintendo DS in Europe in 2007.
The games get many new features, compared to the original games. This allows players to follow Pokémon in the game. Also gets a file Underground Many new features. Players can also customize their characters’ outfits in the new releases.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus gets a trailer with new details
Pokémon Legends: Arceus will also launch early next year, also exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. The Pokémon Company is also sharing new details about this game. Pokémon Legends: Arceus is going to be an open world RPG where Pokémon roam the wild and can be caught. The game takes place in the Hisui region, later known as Snouh. It happens before the events of previous Pokémon games.
In the new trailer, the developer provides details about the story, gameplay, and new Pokémon, among other things. For example, the combat system is fixed, including strong style- in a graceful style- to attack. “Powerful” attacks deal more damage, but are slower and increase the time between attacks. Agile attacks are less powerful but faster to execute. The match is scheduled for January 28, 2022.
