Vrenz Bleijenbergh of Belgium leaves for the US to get a chance at the NBA Summer League
Vrenz Bleijenbergh boarded a flight to the United States this morning. The 21-year-old and 2m11 Belgian Lion will compete in the NBA Summer League from July 7 to 17 with Las Vegas and the Phoenix Suns. “I will try to complete my challenge to enter the NBA in the coming weeks,” said the Belgian top talent.

Vrenz Bleijenbergh spent several months at Real Betis at the Spanish ACB last season and a month at the Windy City Bulls (Chicago Bulls coaching team) and the NBA G-League. “For the past few weeks I have been training with physical trainer Goen Abreuits in Antwerp and also received personal training from Belgian basketball legend Willie Steveniers. Vrenz Bleijenbergh, who was not drafted last year, hopes to earn a place in the world’s most prestigious tournament through the NBA Summer League. “Acting well is news, and I hope you will be picked up later.
