Update: Heracles gives van der Water time and space to complete the transaction
Sylvester van der Water finally captures the transfer to Orlando, USA and immediately leaves Heracles Almelo. The winger will no longer be in coach Frank Wormut’s test this weekend.
Van der Water has previously been linked with a move to Orlando, but an agreement has not yet been reached between the American club and its current boss, Heracles Almelo. Now that an agreement has been reached, reports suggest that 24-year-old Van der Water is leaving Almelo immediately. RTV East.
During the winter break, Orlando City and Heracles Almelo came close to a deal, but van der Water was ‘normal’ in the Netherlands. The Wing striker later refused to play for Heracles, but returned to it. After an open apology, Van der Water was again graciously accepted, and he made eighteen appearances at ERTVC for Heracles this season. The relocation has not yet been confirmed by Orlando City or Heracles.
Update:
Hercules Almelo confirmed Friday morning that Van der Waal was missing from the selection for the match against RKC Valvijk. The 24-year-old attacker will be given club time and space to relocate to Orlando.
