Today is the second day of Denmark’s state visit to Norway. We were able to see no less than 3 different outfits from Queen Mary and Crown Princess Mette-Marit.
King Frederik, Queen Marie, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit took the metro in Oslo this morning. They traveled to the Østmarka region, where they walked together in Ulsrudvannet. Along the way, young “natural talents” and guides from the Norwegian Tourism Association introduce the picturesque park, which is primarily a meeting place for children and young people. The park is an example of how to protect nature and biodiversity while creating an outdoor life for city residents.
Maud Marie – Outfit 1
Queen Mary wears gray and green Carhartt cotton pants with a dark blue long-sleeved blouse.
Maud Mate Marit – Outfit 1
Crown Princess Mette-Mariet wears dark blue trousers with brown pockets, a dark blue short-sleeved jacket and a Moncler blazer, during a walk in the park.
We turn to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Sture, who received the royal couple in Akershus Slot. King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit also joined the lunch at Akershus Slot.
Maud Marie – Outfit 2
For the occasion, Mary wore a new light blue and straw plaid skirt from Emilia Wickstead, with a light blue blouse from Jesper Hoffring.
For her hairstyle, Mary wore an Ellen Hunter hair comb.
Sonia Fashion
Queen Sonja chose a beautiful striped silk suit.
Maud Mate Marit – Outfit 2
Crown Princess Mette-Maret chose a dark blue summer dress from Oscar de la Renta for this occasion. Simple yet elegant.
We changed into our clothes again for a walk along the harbor promenade in Oslo. Queen Sonja joined Frederik, Marie, Haakon and Mette-Maret. During the walk, solutions for future urban spaces, sustainable architecture and community architecture were presented.
Maud Marie – Outfit 3
Mary was wearing a dark blue midi skirt with a white linen blouse. Today in Oslo the temperature is beautiful, nice and sunny, as we learned from reader Jacqueline. This was the reason why Mary wore a summer hat.
Maude Sonia – Outfit 2/2
Queen Sonja wore white trousers with an embroidered jacket.
Maud Mate Marit – Outfit 3
We saw Mette-Marit wearing camel wide-leg pants, topped with a dark blue bow blouse with white flowers from Pia Tjelta.
A blog will then follow later about the counter performance on the Dannebrog. What clothes today ;).
