Supernova from Outright Games launches today on consoles and PC – these are the games

Outright Games, the leading global publisher of interactive, family-friendly entertainment, today, in partnership with Paramount Consumer Products and Nickelodeon Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova Launched. This action-adventure title is based on the original animation series Paramount + Star Trek: Miracle It is the first Star Trek video game designed for the whole family to enjoy together. Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Xbox X | S and Steam.

After the USS Protostar picks up strange data from a dying star, the carrier falters and the crew is scattered throughout the galaxy. In a race against time, Dal R’El and Gwyndala must save not only their crewmen Jankom Pog, Rok-Tahk, Zero, and Murf, but also their ship, new alien species, and the entire planetary system – before everything is destroyed by a supernova!

But watch the skies in search of the deadly new enemy and their army of robots, who will stop at nothing to destroy Protostar and change the entire course of history! Watch out for Janeway’s hologram as she teaches Dale and Gwen the ways of the union.

Play as fan favorites Dal R’El and Gwyndala in single-player or co-op to explore brand-new exotic worlds such as Orisi, Mirios and Taresse and make first contact with their alien inhabitants. Learn about the culture of an undiscovered civilization and discover its secrets as you navigate the various hostile environments of planets through puzzles and challenges.

The show is based on the hit anime series Star Trek: Miracledeveloped by Emmy Award winners Kevin and Dan Hageman (“Trollhunters” and “Ninjago”) and is the first Star TrekA series aimed at younger audiences. The series follows a diverse crew of young aliens who must figure out how to work together as they navigate a larger galaxy in search of a brighter future.

The series stars Brett Gray as Dal, Ella Purnell as Gwen, Riley Alazrachi as Rock-Tack, Angus Emery as Zero, Jason Mantzoukas as Jancum Pugh, and Dee Bradley Baker as Morph. Kate Mulgrew also returns to the franchise as the famous Captain Catherine Janeway. Star Trek: Miracleproduced by Nickelodeon Animation and CBS’s Eye Animation Productions, is currently broadcast on Paramount+ and watched on Nickelodeon in the US. The first season was released in April 2022 in the UK and is being released across Europe.
