Four people were found dead and a fifth seriously injured in a hospital in the German city of Potsdam near Berlin on Wednesday evening. According to the police, this is killing. The suspected perpetrator, a 51-year-old employee, was arrested according to a Potsdam Police and Prosecutor’s Office report.
Nothing has been revealed about her possible motive. The dead and wounded were found in different hospital rooms in one of the departments.
“According to the current situation, the injuries of all the victims can be attributed to a dangerous external use of force,” a statement said. The complex where the crime occurred includes a clinic, nursery centers, schools, workplaces and living quarters for people with disabilities and counseling centers. The Oberlinhaus describes itself on its website as “a center of competence for participation, health, education and employment in the Berlin-Brandenburg region”.
