Sapinca enjoys exclusive introduction to the multi-use beverage at Gall & Gall

Dolan – Sabinka made its exclusive debut last week at Gall & Gall, the Netherlands’ largest beverage retailer. Sabinka is a new natural, organic and vegetarian elixir that combines 10 powerful root types. Most of these carrot varieties are native to South America. “This special blend reveals unique flavors that will surprise everyone’s taste buds,” says Dieteric Evers.

He describes the drink as multi-compatible. It also acts as an alcohol substitute. It can be used to make a shot, tea, as well as a mocktail or cocktail. Dieteric’s favorite combination is sapinka, sparkling water, a drop of ice and rosemary.

Sabinka was inspired by the journeys that Dietrich and his mother made around the world. They are always looking for special flavor combinations. “The carrot varieties together form a unique flavor combination. We boil the carrots and other ingredients in a large kettle. After a night, the flavors combine and we can bottle the sapinka.”

Ten different root varieties in Sabinka: Ginger, Turmeric, Mecca, Yakon, Cassava, Horseradish, Licorice, Kalanga, Ashwanganda and Orange root.
