Sam(my) Couris practices his English

The Couris family takes off again, this time to America. Sam, Kelly, Shania and Kenji take a road trip on the West Coast. In a preview, we see how Sam or Sammy practices his English, and we’re already laughing!

In the first season ‘Expedition Couriers’ Along with their children Shania and Kenji, Sam and Kelly traveled to various European destinations. This resulted in crazy adventures and hilarious moments. Think of the swarm of flies that flew into Sam’s mouth in Venice, or the tattoo Sam and Shania got.

Eye opener

In the second season, they venture a little further to the other side of the Atlantic. In ‘Expeditie Gooris in Amerika’, they go surfing on the iconic ‘Baywatch’ beach, visit Alcatraz in San Francisco, folk dance with locals and see bears in amazing natural parks. It is already sure to be another unforgettable trip!

“The four of us would never go on vacation for more than a week because Kelly and I always had to hit the trail,” says Sam. ‘I never thought about what I was missing until last year. That amazing road trip through Europe with Kenji and Shania was an eye opener. My wife and I want to enjoy our family as much as possible and create beautiful memories together. That is why we have decided to travel together every year.’

Quality time

Something only kids can appreciate: ‘Making happy memories with your parents and seeing the world, that’s the best!’ Kelly is over the moon to be having quality time again with her three big treasures. ‘We saw wonderful things, did wonderful things and had a lot of fun. Sam first has to practice his English and the viewer decides how well he does (laughs)’ The question is whether they will understand everything there, but it sure is hilarious!
