Rebellion: Sandstorm will be released on September 29th for Xbox and PlayStation consoles. The game is also coming to the Epic Games Store. On new consoles, the game runs in 4k at 60 frames per second. The tactical shooter has been available on Steam since 2018.

The console version of Insurgency: Sandstorm comes after years of delays. Originally, the game was supposed to be released on all platforms as early as 2017. This was delayed beyond a year, but in 2018 only a Steam version appeared. Console versions have been further delayed and Linux and macOS versions have been dropped.

publisher Focus Home Interactive Now Announces The game will be available on September 29 for current and previous generation Xbox and PlayStation consoles. The game runs on new consoles in backwards compatible mode, but with 4k resolution and a frame rate of 60 fps. Next year the game will get another upgrade with more improvements for the new consoles. No details were disclosed about it.

The PC version will also be released on the Epic Games Store in the fall. The game started in 2018 on Steam. PC versions cost 40 euros for the standard version. The game currently costs $30 on Steam. There is also a more expensive version of the Year 1 Pass and Year 2 Pass, which include cosmetic add-ons, among other things.
