It is the first entertainment program for the young broadcaster from Akwasi. In That’s My Jam, celebrity guests compete against each other in different music games. This is the seventh international edition of the hit show. France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany and Mongolia have already preceded the Netherlands.
Misijan is best known as the host of the popular ZAPP show De Dikke Data Show and her successful participation in Het Perfecte Plaatje. “During our search for the Dutch broadcaster, Quinte was able to quickly convince us that she was perfect for this role,” said Gianni Liu-a-Sui, General Manager of ZWART. “We were looking for fresh, fresh talent that could appeal to a wide audience at the same time. Quinte has experience across multiple shows, is quick and smart, and knows how to make complex topics accessible.”
Regular guests include famous musical artists such as Sherma Ross, Angela Groothuisen and Donnie, but also lesser-known celebrities such as drag queen Envy Peru, actor Hamzo Othman and journalist Samia Hafsawi. They compete against each other in one of the eight episodes and show off their talents accompanied by the Benny Hana band and music director Babette Lepage.
