with videoMeghan gave her first speech in the UK since moving to California. Prince Harry’s wife spoke about youth at the One Young World Summit in Manchester, an annual gathering of young people who want to change the world. “It’s good to be back in the UK,” she began.
She continues, “I see the world through my children and try to imagine what the world will be like when they grow up.” “You are driving the positive and necessary change around the world right now. And I am so grateful to be with you today.”
The Sussexes, who have been living in America since stepping back from the British royal family in early 2021, were in the UK for the last time in June. Then the prince and his wife came to attend the jubilee of Queen Elizabeth’s throne.
It was announced last month that Harry and Meghan will be coming to England, where they will visit several charities. On Monday they will be in Manchester for a conference and on Thursday they will be in London for the WellChild Awards, an awards ceremony for children and young people facing life-threatening conditions and illnesses in many ways.
