Japanese figure skater Ryoyu Kobayashi won the Four Hills Tour for the second time in his career. However, the 25-year-old Asian did not win the famous ‘Grand Slam’ with the four victories, as he did earlier in 2019. Austrian Daniel Huber won the last race at Bischofshofen.

Kobayashi had previously won matches in Oberstdorf and Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the first match in Bischofchofen, which was held to replace the canceled showjumping event in Innsbruck. In the last race he placed fifth. With 1162.3 points, the Japanese were ahead of the Norwegians Marius Lindvik and Halvor Aigner Granrod in the standings.

Hopper jumped from 136.5 meters and 137 meters. With a score of 286.8 points, he beat Granrod and German Karl Geiger. Jaeger had jumped 140.5 meters on his first attempt, but faltered on the second jump at 132 meters. Slovenian Lovro Kos, who finished ninth, was farthest in his second jump with 144 metres.

Poland’s Kamil Stoch, who won for the third time last year at the Verschan Championship, was already without a chance to extend the title after a poor start. He did not play in the last match.
