Russian servicemen who are the first to shoot down an American F-15 or F-16 fighter jet in the battle against Ukraine will receive a reward of 15 million rubles, Russia’s RIA Novosti news agency reported.
The Russian state news agency is based on the Russian Ministry of Defense. The reward is huge: 15 million rubles, equivalent to more than 150 thousand euros.
Also a bonus for tanks.
Previously, a reward was offered for destroying tanks supplied by Western allies. The authorities are talking about incentives.
Recently, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the United States and its allies will begin sending F-16 fighter jets, which will arrive in Ukraine this summer.

The Netherlands will also soon send its first F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. The then Minister of Defence Ollongren wrote this to the House of Representatives on July 1. The necessary authorisation for the supply of military equipment to Ukraine has now been issued.
For security reasons, the ministry will not say exactly when the first delivery will take place, other than that it will be “soon.” According to a spokesperson, the target is still late this summer.
At the end of May, Foreign Minister Hanke Bruins Sloat also announced that F-16s could also be deployed to Russia:
