Christmas parties in Rotterdam Ahoy canceled
The Christmas Toppers party was scheduled to be organized at the Christmas party in Rotterdam Ahoy on 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 26th December.
“Toppers in Concert is a show concept with enormous sets, dancers, guest artists, great live band and effects. This precious aggregate experience cannot be orchestrated with restricted production procedures,” the organization wrote.

“Constantly changing conditions combined with numerous production challenges and tighter preparation times are now forcing us, after much deliberation, to permanently cancel the Christmas Shows,” the organization stated.
Earlier this year Singer Jeroen van der Boom promised that the performances would continue. He said, “Sure.” Rene Froger described it as a “difficult situation” earlier this month and said: I can’t tell Whether concerts will be held.
Purchase amount has been refunded
Everyone who has a ticket will get a refund of the purchase amount. The next Concerts for Toppers will take place next May at Johan Cruijff ArenA. In a month there will be more clarity on the theme of those concerts. Ticket sales haven’t started yet.
De Toppers is a musical formation by René Froger, Gerard Joling, Jeroen van der Boom and Jan Smit. Gordon was also part of the group until 2011.
