Galaxy Z Flip4 Specifications
The Galaxy Z Flip appears to be primarily a smartphone for younger ‘creators’, but its compact and portable size also appeals to consumers. This is still the case with the Flip4, although the new model has become a few grams heavier: instead of 183 it now weighs 187 grams, and at the same time it is slightly smaller.
The screen and cameras remained the same. The Z Flip4 is equipped with a 6.7-inch Dynamic Full HD + AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 2640 x 1080, and the second screen is on the outside with a diagonal of 1.9 inches and a resolution of 260 x 512 pixels. Taking and sharing photos and short films prevails. In partnership with Meta, Flip4’s FlexCam is optimized for the most popular social media platforms, such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. From the cover screen, users can directly take selfies using Quick Shot. Samsung claims that photos and videos are clearer and more stable, thanks to the improved camera with a sensor that produces 65 percent brighter photos and is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 is equipped with two 12MP cameras: a 12MP main camera with a 12MP wide-angle camera. On the front of the new phone there is a 10-megapixel selfie camera. The battery has been improved: from 3300 mAh / 15W to 3700 mAh / 25W.
Galaxy Z Fold4 Specifications
It was the big screen that caught the eye on previous folding models, and that’s also the case now. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is equipped with a slightly shorter and slightly wider screen than its predecessor, with the screen coming out on the outside at 23.1:9 instead of 24.5:9 and with a resolution of 2262 x 882 pixels. The screen inside is a little wider; It comes out 0.3 cm wider and therefore becomes less squared. Diameter is rounded at 7.6 inches. The bezels around both screens have been made thinner.
The biggest feature is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 under the hood. The Fold4 has as much RAM and storage space as the Fold3, but a version with 1TB of storage will also be available. Samsung promises that the new processor is faster and more economical, and the battery should last longer.
The Z Fold4’s wide-angle camera has been greatly improved: it now offers 50MP, which is a huge step forward compared to the Fold3’s 12MP. Additionally, you can zoom in up to 30x with the Space Zoom lens. The triple camera on the back also consists of a 12MP ultra-wide angle camera and a 10MP phone camera with 3x optical zoom. The front camera is still 10 megapixels. Multitasking, permanent and stable
With the fourth release already for both the Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold, it seems difficult to make revolutionary changes. The durability of the main screen is also improved with an improved multi-layer structure, which limits damage from external shocks according to Samsung. Samsung also reduced the packaging size of the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 by 52.8% and 58.2%, respectively, compared to the first-generation Galaxy Foldables. In addition, it uses 100% recycled paper for the boxes.
