ASUS Vivobook Pro laptops get 120Hz, 14-inch, 15.6-inch and 16-inch OLED panels – Computer – News

ASUS introduces new versions of the Vivobook Pro 14X, 15X and 16X. These models are equipped with OLED displays with high resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The laptops get the latest Intel and AMD CPUs and GPUs up to the RTX 3070 Ti.

The Vivobook Pro 16X has a 16-inch OLED display with a 16:10 ratio and a resolution of 3200 x 2000 pixels. The 15X display has a 15.6-inch screen with a 16:9 ratio and a resolution of 2880 x 1620 pixels. The Vivobook Pro 14X has a 14.5-inch screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels, which is good for a 16:10 ratio. All models have a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Previous generations of OLED screens for laptops went up to a maximum of 90Hz.

ASUS offers new Vivobook Pro models with Intel Alder Lake processors and Ryzen 6000 variants. The Pro 16X gets a Core i9-H or Ryzen 6900HX at most. With the Intel version, you can choose up to an RTX 3070 Ti and with an AMD version a maximum of the RTX 3070. Either way, this is a major upgrade compared to the RTX 3050 Ti, with which the previous model can be used to the fullest equipped.

The smaller Vivobook Pro 14X has up to an RTX 3050 Ti video card and is only available as an Intel version, with up to a Core i9-12900H. The 15X has similar options to the larger model, but a smaller battery and up to the RTX 3070.

ASUS introduced Vivobooks at its special event, which also included the new Zenbook Pro models. this is about Zenbook Pro 16X and Zenbook Pro 14 DUO OLED† It has not yet been announced when the new Vivobooks and Zenbooks will be released and what they will cost.
