Resident Evil Village has been shipped over 3 million times worldwide. Publisher Capcom reported this on Tuesday. The game released on May 7 this year and had a strong first week, according to the publisher.
Capcom made the number of copies delivered on Tuesday a favourA week after launching the game. While the number of copies delivered is not the same as the number of copies sold, the game appears to be working fine. This is also clear from Steam Charts From the end of last week. The game had over 106,000 players in prime times.
This is more than the previous parts of Resident Evil. Additionally, the game is on track to catch up with the previous Resident Evil 7 Biohazard installment, which is the series’ best-selling installment so far. As of December last year, 8.5 million copies of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard had been delivered.
Resident Evil Village was not named Capcom’s best-performing performer of the year. That is, for now, Monster Hunter Rise with 5 million charges copies. This game was released for Switch on March 26th.
