American actor Ryan O’Neal dies at the age of 82 Movies and TV shows
American actor Ryan O’Neal has died at the age of 82. In 2001, the actor was diagnosed with a type of leukemia. The actor was known for his roles in Love Story and Paper Moon.
O’Neill’s son shared the news on Instagram report.
“As a human being, my father was as generous as could be,” his son Patrick writes. He also calls his father “the funniest person” he knows.
“He was obviously the most handsome, but also the most charming. He loved to make people laugh. He really wanted to make us laugh. And we all laughed. Every time. We had fun.”
O’Neill was known for his roles in Love Story (1970), Paper Moon (1973), and What’s Up, Doctor? (1972). Finally, he was seen with Barbara Streisand. He also worked with her in the main event.
The actor was nominated for an Academy Award in the Best Actor category for his role in the film Love Story. He appeared with his daughter Tatum in the movie Paper Moon.
He is best known to the general public for his role as Rodney Harrington in the television series Peyton Place.
