The Holsteiner Verband stallion will move at the end of the year catch (Coleman x Kalido I) to his new home in America. The nine-year-old stallion received many requests as he excelled under Rolf-Göran Bengtsson. In America, Catch has been a breeding stallion in addition to his sporting career.

Bred by Hans-Peter Loding-Hassenkamp (Quarnstedt), Catch started his career at the 2015 show in Neumünster, where he became reserve champion of his year. Under Ebba Johansen, the Coleman son was crowned Holsteiner Landeschampion at four years old and won several young horse classes with Maximilian Graef at five and six years old. In sports tests, the stallion scored high with an average above 9.

‘Lots of power and care’

Two years ago, Rolf-Göran Bengtsson took his further education to the international level. Both were located in Dürn, Herning and Mannheim. “In the two years that Catch has been with us, he has grown tremendously. He is a rideable, powerful and careful horse that always performs well in competitions. I wish him and his new rider every success and a happy future,” said Rolf-Gören Bengtsson. Catch caught the attention of the Bundeschampionate recently with a second place finish at the Grand Prix of Warendorf.
