
Sir Road Stewart has canceled a series of concerts in the United States as he recovered from the influenza, before his myths were identified in Glastonbury later this month.
The 80-year-old rock star is scheduled to play the desired hole role on Sunday, June 29, after appearing at the Sumerrest Festival.
Sir Road announced on Instagram that he was under four dates and rescheduled two others to happen over the next eight days.
“I am very sorry, my friends,” he said. “I am devastating and I am sincerely apologized for any inconvenience to my fans. I will return to the theater and I will see you soon.”
He signed “Sidi Rudd”, along with the cross -bodies.
He also included the four shows that he was canceling – in Las Vegas and Stateline, Nevada – in addition to two planning to reschedule in California.
Sir Road said previously that he intends to stop playing “large -scale global tours” at the end of 2025 and performance in more intimate places.
But he said he was “proud, ready, and more than fun and excite my friends in Glastonbury” When it became the first work to be confirmed for this year’s festival.
