The popular messaging app Telegram offers a subscription: Telegram Premium. For $5 per month, the default limit for many features is doubled. Consider sending twice as large as 4GB each and participating in a thousand chat groups instead of a maximum of five hundred.
Other features of Telegram Premium include the ability to convert voice messages to text and the use of unique stickers. These stickers have abundant animations that use the entire screen.
Premium subscribers also get more options to reply to a message with an emoji response. Users who pay a fee will receive an additional ten emoji, including 100 emoji, the face with hearts and the clown.
Paying users can also use the animations as profile pictures and are identified with an asterisk next to their name. It is also possible to set icons for other applications. Telegram states that this subscription is intended to keep the app free.

The WhatsApp
The rival WhatsApp will still be free for everyone for now, but it adds new functionality regularly. One of the biggest additions is that it is now easy to transfer your history from Android device to iPhone. This is done via Apple’s Move to iOS app for Android.
Additionally, you get more control within WhatsApp itself regarding who can see the last time you were online. At the top of the chat, you can see how long it’s been since you last opened the app. This is privacy sensitive information. You have been given options to hide this information, but only from anyone or everyone except your contacts. Now you get the option to choose which of your contacts he can see.
And if you make a lot of video calls using the app, it’s easy that from now on you can put people on silent mode. Previously, it was only possible to mute the entire conversation. You can also send a private message to people during a video call.

Dutch streaming service Videoland has a completely new app and wants to gradually bring users there. Often times a group of users receives an email with information that they can switch to “Videoland V2”. This app has a red icon instead of a black icon.
The new app has a slightly different design. The environment for children in particular has received a major update. Discovering new series and movies should be easier.
Switching to the new app isn’t that smooth. For example, you can no longer use the old app after switching, but not all TV receivers or smart TVs have the new app yet. Or only the new app is available, while the account only works via the old app.
The new app is also receiving a lot of criticism in the app stores. The old app already had a low average score of 2.9 stars on the App Store. The new app is 1.4 star at the time of writing. Users mainly criticize the fact that not only does something seem to have improved, but even all sorts of old functions no longer work.
