PSG, Bayern through to UCL quarters

Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are through to the UEFA Champions League Quarter Finals after wildly contrasting knockout wins on Thursday morning.

While Bayern breezed to a 7-0 second-leg win over Shakhtar Donetsk, the result of the day undoubtedly belonged to the PSG.

The French side had Zlatan Ibrahimovic sent off, twice fell behind – including once in extra time – and still managed to secure the 2-2 draw they needed to see off Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

David Luiz got one over his former side to first send the match into extra time, before Thiago Silva did this …

Glorious, at least for anyone who can now bask in Jose Mourinho’s impending referee rant.
